we had an amazing family holiday at this hotel! the beautiful river views and friendly atmosphere exceeded our expectations from our previous stay in betws-y-coed. the location was perfect for exploring the area, and the food was simply exceptional.

This hotel was a strong match for resting at all in Betws-y-Coed with fantastic value for money. The meal was outstanding, thanks to the chef and service staff like Sion. Make sure to enjoy the meals during your stay.

super comfy stay with the pup!

Spent 4 nights and loved every bit. The staff were super friendly, and the room was so comfy. Our dog was treated like royalty with a nice blanket and treats! Everything was spotless, and the walks nearby were just stunning. Breakfast hit the spot too! Only thing, the bathroom was a bit on the small side.

We had an amazing night here, relaxing by the lovely garden and enjoying a cozy evening in the sun terrace. The food was top-notch, and although the en-suite had a slight odor, it didn't dampen our spirits one bit. If you're around, definitely try the dining options—they're truly fantastic! 😊

The shower temperature fluctuated between hot and cold unexpectedly.

The location by the river is absolutely stunning, making for picturesque views during the stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but the food, especially breakfast, left a lot to be desired with low-quality ingredients used. The acoustics also meant some noise disturbances were noticeable throughout the night.

during my recent stay, i was impressed by the stunning riverside views and the exceptional dining experience. my previous visit to betws-y-coed had set my expectations, but this hotel truly exceeded them with its delicious, freshly prepared meals. the staff were welcoming and made me feel right at home.

Amazing views and warm vibes!

The staff was super friendly and really helped us out. We loved having breakfast while looking at the beautiful river view. Just wish the hot tub experience hadn’t been interrupted by pesky bumblebees. the food prices were kinda high for what we got, but overall, we really enjoyed our time.

The location is stunning, especially the riverside views and delicious dinner menu. The chef’s lamb was a highlight!

The atmosphere was cozy with lovely decor, making me feel right at home. I especially adored the terrace overlooking the river, providing a serene escape with easy access for seniors like myself.

We stayed in a Standard Double Room and it was cozy, perfect for two. The bed was comfy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The decor had a nice charm to it, adding a unique touch. Although it was on the smaller side, it didn’t feel cramped at all. Only downside was a bit of noise from outside in the mornings, but it wasn't a huge bother really.

My stay was absolutely magical! The stunning views of the River Conway from my Standard Double Room made my mornings feel like a dream. Dining on the terrace while soaking in the natural beauty was an unforgettable experience!
